Scientific research.

The Next Generation Technologies and Processes for Global Software Development (NexGSD) research project, is funded by the Danish Council for Strategic Research. The project aims at providing knowledge and tools for organizations to excel in software development on a global scale. The two core contributions of this project are (i) to leverage cultural diversity as an opportunity for increased innovation, and (ii) to build technologies that help practitioners to move from an outsourcing model to a collaborative model of GSD. The project consists of a strong interdisciplinary and international consortium of industrial and academic partners with substantial GSD experience – both from an industry and a scientific point of view.
